Experiences During November

Students consider their teachers as their second parents and teacher consider students as their second children. And for of that, I consider my school as my second home. And because I got my lessons and experiences at home, I also got them at school.

At the month of November, the Boy Scout of the Philippines conducted the school camporal, even though it's just a one and a half day camporal, I've learned many things just like surviving without appliances, I have learned how to be resourceful. After the camporal was the birthday of a very special person, and that day I made her day very special that made her birthday complete. And in this month is the City Athletic Meet 2009 and I'm one of the athletes of Ilocos Sur National High School. I'm happy that I've won in my event, and also won in the triple jump which is not my game. And for that, I am going to the Ilocos Region Athletic Association.

These are my experiences during the month of November. I made a birthday very special, learned surviving and I won in two events so I consider this month as a special month for me.

Learned Something

Now, the second grading period has ended, and so many topics from every subjects are so difficult to understand.
Here in TLE, we didn't discuss but we made all our activities through the period. And that is why even without discussion, we learned about html's. And I also knew that a notepad isn't only for typing and typing. It has so many functions.
And here, I learned my lessons that rushing is hard because I made some activities in the last minutes. And that is why I'll have to change my attitude and have to finish my works on time.

A Second Parent

In our world, in our life, we've met so many superheroes. There's superman, batman, wonder woman, etc. But they are just fantasy. They are not real. Just imaginations.
But in true life, there are heroes, the fireman who kills fire, police who manages the peace and order and many more. And one of the heroes of true life is the teacher who teaches student. They educate students, but that's not all, they also serve as the second parents and they guide the students to the right way.
For me, my hero is my adviser when I was in second year high school, named Ma. Cleofe Quitevis. When I was in that year, problems continue to come, especially family problem, but what ever problem it is, she is there to help me solve the problem.
See what a teacher can do, they don't only educate students but they teach a student what is right.

Living with Technologies

In our world, life is advanced due to the new technologies. We can now do better things and work faster. Without them, life is still hard and money is hardly earned.

With our new technologies now, it is easier to earn money and finish a work faster, just like the farmers, they can't finish their work in a short time, it'll take many days for them to finish it before. But now they can finish it for just few days. So what are we today without technology? We could hardly earn money 'cause it will take us too much time to finish a job without them.

In order to live and go with the flow of life, we should carry ourselves to be with technologies and live life.

National Language in the whole Country

In our country today, we are lacking of peace, coordination and love for the Philippines. People don't even know how to respect our country.

Well it's easy to show respect to it, just do what's best for it and we should know how to use its own language, to say we are Filipinos. By doing it, it show your love for the country and the nation with this to be done, people of the Philippines will coordinate and have peace because they can understand each other and can speak loudly for their feeling for the Philippines.

So the language, in the whole country should not be junk, it should be use by the people of the Philippines.

Importance of Speaking the National and International Dialect

Language, so far as we know, is something specific to humans, that is to say it is the basic capacity that distinguishes humans from all other living beings.

English language is one tool to establish our viewpoint. We can learn from others experience. We can make use of English to promote our worldview and spiritual heritage throughout the globe. English has become a requirement in a number of fields. Speaking English can help you to be a better man. Just like when going abroad, you'll need to know the english language, so speaking with this language is like a practice for you to speak better in english, also with filipino or tagalog, it is the philippine language, also with this language, we can go to other places in the country and can help us communicate with others.

Tagalog for the national, and english for the international. With this two helping language for a naturally born filipino citizen, we can make our future brighter.

Good Health Helps Us Get Rid of Diseases

Here today, in our lives, there are technologies which can cure diseases. there are drugs to be taken to cure diseases. But behind all these healing things, it takes too much money from us, and we all know life now here on Earth is so hard. So what's the use of improved things if poor, unhealthy and sick person can't afford it? And if diseases aren't cured, it might spread and many people might be affected.

In this world, we are living, there are many diseases now, and one of them is the influenza A(H1N1) or the swine flu, it is a virus from different viruses. Many people is afraid of it but doctors said that it is not that deadly, they also said that having a good rest, taking some vitamins, and eat plenty of nutritious foods and most important is to be clean, having these things can prevent you having the swine flu. But in this case, many have died already, they tried to cure it and have paid a lot but didn't survive.

So my point is getting rid of diseases is so easy. Just be healthy enough, and diseases will go away from you.
